Our Attention has been drawn to a laughable press release by APC in
Akwa Ibom State ;PDP "CIRCUS DEFECTION" IN UYO and as Friends of the
performing governor its pertinent we bring to lime light the true fears
of APC in Akwa Ibom State as garnered by our findings.
Politics is all about the people and the Peoples Democratic Party in
Akwa Ibom State under the able Leadership of Mr Udom Gabriel Emmanuel
has been more people oriented than its counterpart from the
centre,little wonder we have been experiencing a free fall of membership
defection from the state opposition to the ruling party.
The
biting economic frustration meted on Nigerians as a whole from the crass
ignorance of APC compared to the Economic revolution as Champion by His
Excellency Mr Udom Gabriel Emmanuel has left none in doubt of the
sincerity of purpose exhibited by the Chief Executive Officer of our
dear state,the enormous road constructions simultaneously executed in
almost all local government areas in Akwa Ibom State with lesser monthly
allocation as hitherto,Direct Foreign Investment (DFI) that has
awakened the Entrepreneurial spirit in us which has led to the
Pencil,Toothpicks, syringe and metering factories springing up,coupled
with our ever evolving Agricultural revolution which seeks to make Akwa
Ibom the food hub of the Nation, continuous free and compulsory
Education, free medical care to children within the age range of
0-5,free medical care for pregnant women,capacity building for our
Youths and the Philosophy of greatness in our dear state are convincing
enough to warrant the trending massive defections.
Our APC
counterparts should understand that,this is all about the people.
Democracy is all about the people and they have the right of
Association. AkwaIbomites must not be cajoled, threatened and
intimidated by any means to hang on to a failing system and party.
The lies of NDDC fake contracts had since been blown upon and the people have refused to be fooled any further.
Its been gathered that the fear of massive decamping has instigated the
rushed press release of APC in Akwa Ibom State seeking to cast
aspersions on certain individuals in the state as stage managing
defections.
The APC should rather concentrate in urging their
counterparts from the centre to make their impact felt more in Akwa Ibom
State by fulfilling their campaign promises to Nigerians as a whole.
Fear as the holy book says has torment and the wise ones have defined
it as F- false E- evidence A- appearing R- Real,we will advice the Akwa
Ibom State APC to stop tormenting AkwaIbomites with their false
propagandas and fake promises from NDDC contracts that does not exist.
The People have the right to decamp to any party at any time and they MUST not be intimidated by anyone.
