The convocation also created room for the acceptance and integration of teaming PDP members who defected to All progressive Congress. The defectors included former councillors, former Ward chairmen, former chieftains, former Executive, and women leaders of the PDP.
They described (PDP) as a death party with no direction, that it was irrational and inconsequential for them to continue in such party that is already doom.
