Genesis 13:14-15 KJV
“And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever”.
Abraham was the first person God ever called out. That makes him the one whom God used to begin the work of faith. He began a walk with God after the order of the church. That is why he is the father of faith and we are children of Abraham, according to Galatians 3:1-end. As such, all that Abraham went through ought to serve as foundations and lessons for us. We are supposed to draw from his life’s lessons to know how to walk with God.
One of the earliest lessons God taught Abraham was in knowing how to envision things ahead of time. God told him to look around and that all he could see was going to be his’. Which means, that what he could not see could never be his own. God is committed to perform what you have seen, either with your physical eyes or spiritual eyes. In the school of faith, what you see is what you get.
It is time to start seeing the future. It is time to come out like Abraham and look upward and see the stars. Look at all those who have made it in the area where you desire to succeed and keep the picture in mind; let it drive you. You can also cut out great pictures from materials like magazines and books, and place them where you will see them all the time. And all you see will come to pass one day, because the demands for what it takes to succeed in them will rush to your mind and spirit and it will become a reality sooner than you think.
Congratulations.
