"I am training harder than ever for Joseph Parker" Anthony Joshua says

As heavyweight titleholder Anthony Joshua prepares to unify titles with Joseph Parker on March 31, he tells ESPN that he's been refining his training regimen to make sure he's in the best shape of his life — much better than he was against Wladimir Klitschko and Carlos Takam.

“Last week we did 20 rounds in the gym which I wasn’t even doing for the Klitschko fight, and what have we got?” Joshua told reporters.
”We’re still 11 weeks to the fight. We’re steps ahead. Obviously it’s down to performance and occasion, but in terms of steps to where we are, to replicate the Klitschko and Takam fights, we are leaps and bounds ahead.”
Joshua mentions that he's altered his diet and training sessions to ensure that he's getting the optimal nutrition and recovery time which will hopefully allow him to put on a sublime performance against Parker. He's eating earlier, not going to sleep as late, and says the differences are already showing in his weight.

Joshua weighed-in the highest of his career (254lbs) in his last fight against Takam, but was still able to wear him down and stop him late in that fight. It seems like Joshua will be attempting to trim down a bit from that to enhance his mobility and stamina.
