John 6:17-21 KJV
“And entered into a ship, and went over the sea toward Capernaum. And it was now dark, and Jesus was not come to them. And the sea arose by reason of a great wind that blew. So when they had rowed about five and twenty or thirty furlongs, they see Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing nigh unto the ship: and they were afraid. But he saith unto them, It is I; be not afraid. Then they willingly received him into the ship: and immediately the ship was at the land whither they went”.
Storms will always come to our lives every now and then. The storm was not designed to stop you, you were just supposed to go through it. It was not meant to stop you but to refine you. Storms are God’s refining factory for those servants of His that have His hands upon them. The storm provides you the opportunity to see and learn of the other side of God that you never knew before.
But most importantly, the storm is an announcement that you have gotten close to what is called “the other side”. It is most commonly referred to as “the next level”. The next time you see some storms in your life, your attitude should be that of thanksgiving, knowing what you now know. Every storm is a revelation of what God is going to do next in your life. So, storms are satanic riots at best and nothing more. However, no weapon fashioned against you shall prosper in Jesus Name.
The word of God always says “and it came to pass”. Everything you seem to go through is not coming to stay but coming to pass. Don’t get to hold them so strongly in your mind and do not let them get to you by upsetting you. Always know in your mind that they do come in order to pass. So, when you see all those uproar of satan, lift up your eyes and wave your hands to God in worship, because it is the announcement of a new level for you. Congratulations!
Action Points/Prayer
i. Thank the Lord for all that you have had to go through in the past.
ii. Ask for the grace to successfully go through today’s challenges without failing.
