Jeremiah 1:5 KJV
“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth
out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the
nations.”
God
is a now God. God does not live in yesterday nor in the future; He lives here
and now. That is why the definition of faith starts with “Now” (Hebrews 11:1).
And without faith it is absolutely impossible to please God. So, this scripture
used to be about Jeremiah, but Jeremiah has since died, but the Bible is still
here. Meaning that, it is no longer about Jeremiah but about you and I. You
were born to serve God, you were born to fulfill purpose, and God had something
in mind when He both created and saved you. His intention was to make you His
mouth piece to the nations.
God
created you in His own image so He could fit perfectly into you. He made you so
He could work and walk through you. You were born to be a container of God for
the purpose of reaching people, communities and nations, all for Him. The plan
is for Him to operate in you and through you to reconcile the next person
closest to you to Himself, just as He was in Christ reconciling the world to
Himself; (2Corinthians 5:19). “To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the
world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed
unto us the word of reconciliation”.
God
works with you the same way He worked with Jesus and in Jesus. Wake up today to
the reality of why you were born, begin to live up to the reason for your new
birth. The entire host of heaven is waiting to see you fulfill the purpose of
your birth, which is to save souls from eternal damnation, and by extension
expand the kingdom of God.
You were born for this!
Assignment
i. Set a target of the number of souls you either want to witness to, or invite
to church from this day forward.
ii. Set up a prayer list for people known to you that must be saved in the
soonest possible time, and pray for them daily.
Prayer
-Lord please help me fulfill the reason for my birth in Jesus Name.
-Lord set my heart on fire for the lost in Jesus Name.

The entire host of heaven is waiting to see you fulfill the purpose of your
birth, which is to save souls from eternal damnation - You were born for this!
