SCRIPTURE: And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for
verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye
shall say unto this mountain,
Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Matthew 17:20
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: It is not little faith that moves mountain but the mustard seed faith.
Yesterday, we identified faith as a mountain-moving weapon in life.
Every mountain, no matter how threatening, can be moved by the weapon
of faith. Mountains are not movable when faith is out of place.
Today, we want to look at the kind of faith that moves mountains.
According to Our LORD Jesus Christ in our anchor scripture, the mustard seed faith is the mountain-moving faith.
It is very important to know that mustard seeds have faith. This
passage has been misconstrued by many to imply that Jesus said, ‘If you
have faith as tiny as a grain of mustard seed...’ As if to say, ‘No
matter your situation, if you have faith as tiny as a grain of mustard
seed, it will move your mountain.’ No, that is not what Jesus meant.
Rather, what Jesus said meant, ‘…if you have the mustard seed kind of
faith…’ (Mathew 17:20 Paraphrased).
Going by the wrong interpretation earlier given, people thought
that what they needed to move mountain was little faith but nobody has
ever moved any mountain of life with little faith.
So, it is not little faith that moves mountain but the mustard seed
faith. If you have faith as the grain of mustard seed, you can move any
mountain.
Remember this: It is not little faith that moves mountain but the mustard seed faith

PRAYER: O LORD, I ask for the impartation of the mustard seed
faith. Break every spell of littleness in my life, LORD, in Jesus’ Name.

TEMA: LA FE EN MOVIMIENTO DE LA MONTAÑA.
LA ESCRITURA: Jesús les dijo: por vuestra poca fe; porque de cierto
os digo, que si tuviereis fe como un grano de mostaza, diréis a este
monte: Pásate de aquí a allá, y se pasará; Y nada os será imposible.
MATEO 17:20.
PENSAMIENTO PARA EL DÍA: No es la poca fe la que mueve montaña, pero la fe de la semilla de mostaza.
Ayer, identificamos a la fe como un arma que mueve montañas de vida.
Toda montaña, por más amenazante que sea, puede ser movida por el arma
de la fe. Las montañas no son movibles cuando la fe está fuera de lugar.
Hoy queremos ver el tipo de fe que mueve montañas.
De acuerdo con Nuestro SEÑOR Jesucristo en nuestra escritura
referencia, la fe de la semilla de mostaza es la fe que mueve montañas.
Es muy importante saber que las semillas de mostaza tienen fe.
Solíamos leer el pasaje al revés. Jesús no dijo: “Si usted tiene fe tan
pequeña como un grano de mostaza”.
Solíamos pensar que Jesús dijo que no
importa su situación, si tiene fe tan pequeña como un grano de semilla
de mostaza, moverá su montaña.
Más bien, Jesús parecía haber dicho, “...
si usted tiene el tipo de fe que la semilla de mostaza tiene...”
(Parafraseado).
Tomando la interpretación equivocada dada anteriormente, la gente
pensaba que lo que necesitaban para mover la montaña era poca fe, pero
nadie ha podido mover alguna montaña de la vida con poca fe.
Por lo tanto, no es la poca fe la que mueve montaña sino la fe de la
semilla de mostaza. Si usted tiene fe como el grano de mostaza, puede
mover cualquier montaña.
Recuerde esto: No es la poca fe la que mueva montaña sino la fe de la semilla de mostaza.
