He expressed his appreciation towards the goodwill of the committee and vowed to immediately put them on track once he was able to establish contact with the zonal Assistant Inspector General of Police for confirmation.
Earlier in his speech, the Zonal Vice Chairman of the Committee, Benjamin Jeremiah had said that the committee was on cause to awaken its activities in the zone.
Elder Jeremiah who was flanked by the Akwa Ibom State Local Organizing Committee Chairman, Elder Okpoyo Etifit and one of the zonal officials, Mrs. Mary Joseph intimated the police boss that it was the resolve of the zonal committee to pioneer the reawakening spirit in the PCRC by conducting workshops and seminars for the interest of the masses which it sought to serve.
Saying he was going round the zone to acquaint the commissioners and relevant stakeholder of his plans, Benjamin Jeremiah told CP Mani to be fully involved in the affairs of PCRC as this would be more result-oriented than taking it from the official standpoint.
