Despite serious uncertainty surrounding his future at Arsenal, Frenchman Arsene Wenger has reportedly rejected a massive £30 million-a-year offer to move to the Chinese Super League.
The 67-year-old whose contract will expire at the Emirates stadium at the end of the season is the latest gaffer to be targeted by the super-rich Asian League.
According to the Mirror, an unnamed Chinese Super League club were ready to try and capitalize on the uncertainty surrounding the Frenchman's Emirates future.
If Arsene Wenger had accepted the offer, he would have become the highest paid manager in the world and been on double what Pep Guardiola earns at Manchester City.
But Wenger has refused to commit his future to the club with the season still ongoing which has put Emirates chiefs on alert that he could leave.
The former Monaco boss has said he is eager to carry on managing at the highest level but serious pressure from Gunners fans could force him to move elsewhere.
