In
August 2015, when Mr. Kingsley ISONG retired from his tricycle business for the
day, he saw a parcel in his 'keke'. The package contained vital documents and
over 300,000naira. He used the information in the documents and traced the
owner, returned the money, and after ensuring that the documents were complete,
the owner rewarded Mr. Kingsley with 500 Naira.
Disappointed,
Kingsley left.
Again, on 11th February 2016, in the morning someone
forgot 300,000naira cash in a polythene in his 'keke'.
With no trace of the owner, he drove to the Ministry
of Transport, and personally handed over the cash to the Commissioner.
Yesterday, at the DAKKADA BUSINESS FORUM, the
Directorate of Marketing and Brand Management honoured Mr. Kingsley ISONG with
an Award of Integrity.
Not only that, the Commissioner for Housing and
Special Duties, Mr Akan Okon, appreciated Kingsley with the sum of 200,000
Naira, coupled with a 100,000 Naira cash prize from Commissioner for Finance,
Mr Linus Nkan and another 100,000 Naira gift from an anonymous donor.
It pays to be truthful,
Congratulations to Mr Kingsley ISONG.
